Hi All,

I wanted to share a quick update on what’s been happening across GlobeBusters over the past few months.

It’s been a busy start to the year, both out on the road and behind the scenes.

A Strong Start to 2026

We’ve already kicked the year off with Patagonia, and it’s been another brilliant tour down there.

It’s a route we’ve been running for decades now, and that experience really shows. When you know the roads, the timings, the fuel stops, and the little details that make a big difference, it allows the whole trip to flow properly. It was a successful tour and we look forward to heading back there next year.

Thailand followed shortly after, with Dom leading the tour and a great mix of riders, including a strong number of returning GlobeBusters customers. That’s always a good sign, and something we never take for granted.
Thank you those who left some amazing Google reviews on both those tours.

Tour Guide Training Weekend

GlobeBusters Motorcycle tour team

Back in the UK, we recently ran our GlobeBusters Tour Guide Training weekend.

We focused on the things riders don’t always see, but rely on every day. Safety planning, logistics, rider support, border processes, and how we operate when plans change on the road. These are the details behind every GlobeBusters tour. The preparation and experience that allow you to simply focus on riding and enjoying the journey.

It’s also about consistency. Making sure every Team Member delivers the same standard, wherever you ride with us. With well over 80% of our riders returning, that approach is clearly working.

It was a great weekend bringing the team together, sharing experiences, and getting everything lined up for the season ahead.

Bangkok to Britain is Ready to Roll

Out in Bangkok, Kevin and Julia are on the ground with Dom and Pete preparing for the epic Bangkok to Britain expedition.

The teams bikes have now cleared freight, it’s just a case of the riders arriving and the journey beginning. It will be a group of riders coming from the USA, UK, Switzerland and Germany.

This will be Kevin’s 10th time crossing China, which says a lot in itself.

They will be on the road for three months riding all the way back to the UK. Their finish line, will be the Beaulieu Motor Museum on Thursday 9th July. Keep a look out for an event page to join in on the celebrations as the group ride in to complete what will be an epic journey.

New Partnership with Scenic

We’ve also partnered with Scenic, the navigation app I’ve personally used for the past 4 years.

It’s flexible, easy to use, and genuinely works for what we do, adventure riding.
Planning routes, sharing GPX files, tracking, worldwide offline maps, and navigating day to day is all straightforward, without some of the limitations you get from more traditional devices.

It’s what I use on every tou

r, and it’s only getting better.

If you’re interested in trying it out, I’ve included discount codes below.
If you want an extended trial period being a Premium member use this code:

ABR Festival 2026

We’re returning to the ABR Festival this year.

We’ll be setting up a fantastic stand at what I would like to call the GlobeBusters Adventure HQ, and I’ll also be doing a talk over the weekend in the Travellers Tent.

We’ll also have a couple of special Guinness World Record bikes on display. My round the world Triumph Tiger 800 bike will be there, alongside Kevin and Julia’s record-breaking 1150 GS, the very bike they rode to become the fastest to circumnavigate the world on a motorcycle.

We’re also putting together an epic competition on the stand, more details to follow.
So if you’re heading to Ragley Hall, come and find us.

ABR recently did a featured article on my Guiness World Records, the challenages you face with travelling to strict rules, how I met my finacee at ABR Festival and some words of wisdom on travelling at a young age.

It’s on the ABR Festival website, have a read of it here.
